TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND IT WOULD OPERATE AS INTENDED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED SIX TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FOX VOLKSWAGEN OF ROCHESTER HILLS (773 S ROCHESTER RD, ROCHESTER HILLS, MI 48307, (248) 656-0400) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO RETRIEVE A FAULT CODE OR DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
