TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO OPEN THE FRONT DRIVER'S DOOR FROM OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE, THE DOOR FAILED TO OPEN. THE CONTACT HAD TO ENTER THE VEHICLE USING THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR. THE DEALER (TOWBIN DODGE LLC, 275 AUTO MALL DR., HENDERSON, NV 89014) WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
