THE DEALER (GLENN POLK AUTOPLEX RAM, CHRYSLER, DODGE, JEEP, FIAT, 4330 N. INTERSTATE 35, GAINESVILLE, TX 76240, 940-665-3461) WAS CONTACTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE RECALL PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
