TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BMW 328I. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER "AIR BAG OFF" WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
