Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES FAILED TO STOP OPERATING WHEN TURNED OFF. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER (BALISE FORD, 1979 BOSTON RD, WILBRAHAM, MA 01095, (413) 306-3049) WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 166,000.
