Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 GMC ENVOY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. IN ADDITION, THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.
