Consumer Description
MY COMPLAINT IS WHY DOES FORD ISSUE RECALL NOTICES WHEN THE PARTS AREN'T AVAILABLE AT DEALERSHIPS. I'VE CALLED SAM GALLOWAY FORD IN FORT MYERS THREE SEPARATE TIMES FROM APRIL TILL TODAY AND AM NOT EVEN REALLY SURE WHETHER OR NOT I'M IN THE SYSTEM WITH THEM. I WAS TOLD THE TWO PREVIOUS TIMES I WAS BUT TODAY THEY ADVISED I WASN'T. ONCE AGAIN I WAS TOLD THE PARTS WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO GET IN, YET THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY RECALL! WHY AREN'T THEY AVAILABLE?
