TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 AUDI Q7. THE CONTACT STATED THAT A STRONG ODOR OF FUEL WAS DETECTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WHILE PARKED. THE CONTACT CALLED AUDI ONTARIO AT (866) 381-3591 (LOCATED AT 2272 INLAND EMPIRE BLVD, ONTARIO, CA 91764) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V660000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 149,600.
