Consumer Description

I PARKED VEHICLE IN PARKING LOT OF STORE. I RETURNED TO CAR, STARTED THE ENGINE, PUT CAR IN REVERSE, GAVE IT A LITTLE GAS WHILE I TRIED TO TURN THE STEERING BUT IT WOULD NOT MOVE. MESSAGE FLASHED 'STEERING WHEEL ASSIST ERROR'. CAR NOW HAS TO BE TOWED TO DEALERSHIP FOR A REPAIR THAT IS NOT COVERED BY FORD. LUCKY THE STEERING DID NOT GO OUT WHILE I WAS DRIVING.
