Consumer Description

THE FRONT PASSENGER PILLAR LOOP OVERMOLDING HAS CRACKED. IT HAS CRACKED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE WEBSLOT WIDTH HAS BEEN REDUCED TO A POINT WHERE IT PINCHES THE WEBBING. THE BELT CAN BE EXTRACTED FOR WEARING, BUT THE RETRACTOR SPRING CANNOT RETRACTOR THE WEBBING. THIS CREATES A CONDITION WHERE THE PASSENGER CAN BUCKLE UP, AND IF THEY LEAN FORWARD, THEY CAN INADVERTENTLY CREATE SLACK IN THE BELT SYSTEM. THIS HAPPENED OVER THE WINTER IN MICHIGAN. *TT
