Consumer Description

VEHICLE ENGINE INTERMITTENTLY SHUTS DOWN / POWERS OFF WHEN SLOWING DOWN. THIS HAS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES AND THE ISSUE SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE EVEN AFTER REPAIRS. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURIES. 4/16/18 ENGINE DIED 3 TIMES ON THE WAY HOME FROM PICKING UP MY DAUGHTER FROM SCHOOL, 5/1/18 DRIVING ON FM 2100 GOING APPROX 45 MPH VIHLE COMPTELY SHUT OFF AT THE INTERSECTION OF FM 2100 & FOLEY RD, WAS ALMOST REAR ENDED. 5/23/18 SLOWING DOWN TO TURN ON A 2 WAY STREET TAKING MY DAUGHTER TO SCHOOL MY ENGINE SHUT OFF AND I ALMOST HIT A VEHICLE HEAD ON WITH MY KIDS IN MY TRUCK. THIS TIPM HAS BEEN REPLACED, FLOOR BOARD GETS EXTREMELY HOT AT TIMES, FUEL PUMP & EXTERNAL RELAY, ISSUES WITH STARTING AND DIEING SINCE APPROX. NOV 2017.
