WHILE DRIVING (IN MOTION), THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT RANDOMLY DISCONNECTS. THERE IS NO WARNING OR SPECIFIC CONDITION THAT CAUSES THIS TO HAPPEN. OBVIOUSLY THIS CREATES A VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION.
