SEATBELTS DO NOT LATCH PROPERLY AND BECOME UNDONE WHILE TIGHTENING. THEY ALSO BECOME STUCK.THIS COULD POSE A SERIOUS PROBLEM IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT.
