99 TOYOTA FRAME IS RUSTED THROUGH WHEN CARFAX REPORT SPECIFICALLY LISTED A TOYOTA DEALER CHECKED SAME VEHICLE FOR FRAME RUST IN 2014 WITH 207000 MILES ON IT. IT PASSED IF THAT'S WHAT U WANT TO CALL IT. NOW IN 2018 WITH AN ADDITIONAL 15,000 MILES ON IT, IT HAS RUSTED THROUGH.
