TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD MUSTANG. WHEN THE CONTACT SHIFTED INTO THIRD OR FOURTH GEAR, AN ABNORMAL NOISE WAS HEARD AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HODGES FORD (13452 GA-251, DARIEN, GA 31305, (866) 390-7709) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 31,000.
