TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BMW 535I. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF CONDENSATION IN THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEADLAMP. GRAYSON BMW (10671 PARKSIDE DR., KNOXVILLE, TN 37922, (865) 693-4555) DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEADLAMPS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT A COST OF $8,000. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 96,000.
