SPARE TIRE WILL NOT LOWER AS DESCRIBED IN THE OWNER'S MANUAL, DEALERS ARE UNABLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, WHICH COULD LEAD TO BEING STRANDED ON THE ROAD IN ADVERSE WEATHER.
