Consumer Description

FUEL ODOR & FAIL ED FUEL PUMP ISSUE. WE TOOK IT GOODYEAR DEALER. & THEY DIAGNOSED THE BAD FUEL PUMP & REFERRED TO TSB BULLETIN # 9-47-10-63 FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY BY MERCEDES BENZ USA. WE CALLED TO CONFIRM IT & TOWED IT TO CLEAR LAKE MERCEDES DEALER.. THEY DENIED THE WARRANTY & SAID IT IS WIN SPECIFIC. THIS ISSUE SHOULD A RECALL NOT A WIN SPECIFIC ISSUE. OUR GOODYEAR SHOP TECH. IS REC. TO WRITE YOU IN THIS MATTER. FUEL ODOR & FAIL PUMP IS A BIG ISSUE ON THESE E 350 MODELS. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE
