TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 MERCEDES-BENZ C250. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY, IT ROLLED FORWARD ONTO THE LAWN. ON ANOTHER OCCASION, WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED WITH THE KEY IN THE IGNITION, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL DISPLAYED 'CAR WILL ROLL'. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,000.
