TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA ODYSSEY. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AGO, THE CONTACT WAS NOT INFORMED OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 18V170000 (SEATS) AND 17V725000 (SEATS) UNTIL AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS COMPLETE. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THERE WAS NO TIMEFRAME FOR WHEN THE PARTS WOULD BE SUPPLIED TO THE DEALER. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V170000 (SEATS) AND PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 17V725000 (SEATS).
