WHEN I STEP ON THE BRAKE PEDAL FOR A STREET LIGHT OR ANYWHERE I NEED TO USE THE BREAK, MY CAR MAKES A NOISE SIMILAR TO A LOOSE FAN, AND ONCE I RELEASE THE BRAKE THE NOISE STOPS.
