TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HYUNDAI SONATA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND HAD REMAINED LIT AS THE FAILURE PROGRESSED. THE DEALER NORTHTOWNE AUTO GROUP (6728 N OAK TRAFFICWAY, KANSAS CITY, MO 64118, (816) 436-2255) DIAGNOSED THAT THE OSC MAT ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS EXCLUDED FROM NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 08V161000 (AIR BAGS). THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED NO SOLUTION OTHER THAN THE DEALER REPLACING THE PART. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000. *TT
