TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER 300C. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER REFUELING THE FUEL TANK, THE VEHICLE ENGINE TURNS OFF AND ON INTERMITTENTLY. THE DEALER CEDAR CITY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (1010 N MAIN ST, CEDAR CITY, UTAH 84721) STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT ON THE RECALL LIST. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO CONTACTED AND WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,500.
