TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA. WHILE DRIVING 10-55 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHUTTERED AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LEE NISSAN (235 MIRACLE STRIP PKWY SW, FORT WALTON BEACH, FL 32548) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CTV NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 177,000.
