Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE SHOOK WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO WYNNE FORD (1020 W MERCURY BLVD, HAMPTON, VA 23666, 757- 838-3673). THE DEALER WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE, BUT STATED THAT NOTHING WAS MECHANICALLY WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 200.
