TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE REAR AXLE SEIZED AND THE DRIVE SHAFT SEPARATED FROM THE AXLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. PAUL BAILEY'S DODGE (425 TEN ROD RD, RT 102, NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI 02852, (401) 295-8855) WAS CALLED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 168,000.
