TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 MERCEDES-BENZ E320. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, DIESEL FUEL LEAKED ONTO THE GROUND. THE CONTACT NOTICED AN ODOR OF FUEL INSIDE THE VEHICLE, WHICH CAUSED HEADACHES FOR THE OCCUPANTS. MERCEDES-BENZ IN DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 129,000.
