Consumer Description
POWER STEERING WENT OUT. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM A USED DEALERSHIP AND WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT THE RECALL. WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR INTO A DEALERSHIP THERE INFORMED ME TO CALL FORD, WHEN I DID MY CAR WAS AT 151,000 MILES. FORD IS REFUSING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I PURCHASED THE CAR WITH 101,000 MILES ON IT. FORD IS NOT VERY GOOD AT INFORMING THERE CUSTOMERS ABOUT RECALLS
