VEHICLE HAS A VIBRATION THAT SHAKES PASSENGER SEAT BETWEEN 65-75 MPH. SEEMS TO BE A SAFETY ISSUE AND OCCURS EVERY TIME THE VEHICLE IS AT THE SPEED LISTED.
