Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN A DRIVEWAY ON A SLIGHT INCLINE WITH THE PARKING BRAKE ENGAGED, THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARDS AND STRUCK A TREE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER; HOWEVER, SOUTHERN MAINE MOTORS IN SACO, MAINE WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000.
