TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 3500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS AT THE DEALER (COLORADO SPRINGS DODGE, 7455 AUSTIN BLUFFS PKWY, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80923) FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. DURING THE TEST DRIVE, THE BRAKE LINE RUPTURED. IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRAKE LINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED.THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND OPENED CASE NUMBER: [XXX].
