HYBRID SYSTEM WARNING LIGHTS TURNED ON WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, ILLUMINATED "DO NOT DRIVE, PULL OVER SAFELY". TRIED TO PULL OVER SAFELY AND THE CAR STALLED AND WHEELS LOCKED. COULD NOT PULL OVER TO GET OUT OF TRAFFIC.
