REVIEWING RETRIEVED EDR, THE ESC REPORTS AS ON, THEN ENGAGES FOR 0.4 OF A SECOND, THEN TURNS OFF. A CRASH INTO A TREE HAPPENS 2.9 SECONDS LATER.
