TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE ENGINE FAILED AND ALL OF THE WARNING INDICATORS ON THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000.
