MUNGENAST SAINT LOUIS HONDA IN SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND MADE UNKNOWN REPLACEMENTS, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 275,000.
