Consumer Description

THE SPEED AT WHICH THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FUNCTION IS NOT SAFE. THESE SPEED IS TOO SLOW AND AS A RESULT DOES NOT CLEAR THE WATER OFF OF THE WINDSHIELD. VISIBILITY IS POOR AS YOU CANNOT SEE THRU THE WATER THAT REMAINS ON WINDSHEID. UNACCEPTABLE. I REPORTED TO INFINITY AND TOOK TO DEALERSHIP. THE ADVISED FUNCTIONING AS DESIGNED, THIS IS A HAZARD AND I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING IN THE RAIN. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL INCIDENTS (EVERY TIME IT RAINS) BUT THIS WAS FIRST TIME I WAS DUE FOR SERVICE AND HAD DEALERSHIP INVESTIGATE
