Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD TRANSIT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BACK UP CAMERA FAILED TO PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE VISIBILITY CLEARANCE. THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE FOR WHICH THE CAMERA DID NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE VISIBILITY AND THE VEHICLE DID NOT CLEAR A LOCATION, WHICH DAMAGED THE ROOF NEAR THE CAMERA. THE DEALER (TASCA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, 1300 PONTIAC AVE, CRANSTON, RI 02920, 1 (800) 788-2114) PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE CONCERNING THE CLEARANCE AND VISIBILITY OF THE BACK UP CAMERA. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 0.
