TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK LUCERNE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLED. WINEGARDNER BUICK GMC (15113 CRAIN HWY, BRANDYWINE, MD) DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP CIRCUIT FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 143,000.
