TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPLORER. WHEN THE CONTACT'S DAUGHTER GOT INTO THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND CLOSED THE DOOR, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW SHATTERED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED BEFORE OR AFTER THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LITHIA FORD LINCOLN OF FRESNO (195 E AUTO CENTER DR, FRESNO, CA) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS UNDETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,500.
