TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO MOVE FROM A STOP, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS SHUT OFF AND RESTARTED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 61,000.
