Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 RAM 1500. WHILE STATIONARY AND WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE GEARS MALFUNCTIONED ON THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEARS WOULD NOT SWITCH TO DRIVE WHEN PROMPTED AND SWITCHED OUT OF GEAR INDEPENDENTLY. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
