TOP OF DASHBOARD ON DRIVER'S SIDE OF CAR CRACKED. IT WAS NOT SUBJECTED TO ANY UNUSAL PHYSICAL STRESS. CAR WAS NOT MOVING. WAS PARKED OUTSIDE AND TEMPERATURE WAS ABOVE FREEZING.
