WE HAD A FRONT END COLLISION THAT TOTALED OUR VEHICLE - AND THE AIR BAGS DID NOT GO OFF - PERSON IN FRONT OF US HAD NO BRAKE LIGHTS AND STOPPE-D DEAD IN FRONT OF US -THE FRONT END OF OUR VEHICLE COLLIDED WITH THE REAR END OF HERS THANK GOD WE WERE NOT BADLY INJURED. WE WERE IN MOTION ON A CITY STREET
