Consumer Description

THERE IS A DENT ON MY CAR'S REAR UPPER QUARTER PANEL (C-PILLAR CREASE) ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. THIS DENT IS PRESENT ON ALL 2016 AND 2017 CIVIC SEDAN CARS' EITHER ON DRIVER'S SIDE OR PASSENGER'S SIDE. HONDA DEALER DIDN'T ACCEPT THIS AS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT. ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS NO OFFICIAL EXPLANATION FROM HONDA ABOUT THE ISSUE. I SUSPECT THAT IT'S A SAFETY ISSUE. THIS DENT PROBLEM EXISTS GLOBALLY, IT'S NOT A REGION SPECIFIC PROBLEM AS I HAVE SEEN.
