VEHICLE WAS MOVING FORWARD AND T-BONED ON THE SIDE BY A SMALLER VEHICLE. VEHICLE ROLLED OVER ON TO ITS ROOF. SIDE CURTAIN AIRBAGS DEPLOYED BUT THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY.
