Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 GMC ENVOY. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS INTERMITTENTLY FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V519000 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER THE RECALL IN MAY OF 2016. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
