ALL INCIDENTS IN PARKING LOTS DURING MANUVERING INTO OR OUT OF PARKING SPACES. THROTTLE GOES WIDEOPEN, CAR LURCHES FORWARD OR BACKWARD, COMPLETELY OUT OF DRIVER CONTROL FOR APPROX. 10 TO 15 SECONDS.
