Consumer Description
THE INTERMITTENT WIPERS TURN ON BY THEMSELVES OR UNABLE TO TURN THEM OFF. THIS CAUSES THE DRIVER TO FOCUS ON TRYING TO TURN THEM OFF, WHILE TAKING YOUR EYES OF THE ROADWAY.
