WITH THERE BEING NO RESOLUTION TO THE RECALL, IT'S CAUSING A HUGE HIT ON MY CREDIT SCORE. I'M NOT SURE WHY THAT WOULD BE, BUT WE NEED TO GET IT RESOLVED ASAP
