Consumer Description

PROBLEM IS WITH WINNEBAGO ASPECT MOTORHOME ATTACHED TO THE E 450. THE AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH ALMOST CAUGHT FIRE(SMOKED) LAST WEEK. THIS PROBLEM WAS COVERED BY NHTSA 16V-598. I TOOK IT TO THE WINNEBAGO FACTORY IN SEPTEMBER OF 2016 TO GET IT RETORQUED. THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED A FIRE WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING. IT WAS HOOKED UP TO CAMPGROUND ELECTRIC POWER WHEN IT OCCURRED AND WAS PROTECTED BY A SURGE SUPPRESSOR.
